Description
Goldfinch Earring
by David Howell and Co.
In 1935 the Eastern Goldfinch was chosen to be the state bird of New Jersey. In summer, their bright yellow feathers may catch your eye – they're like flying flowers!
Giclee print hoop earrings are approximately 2″ long with hypo-allergenic french wires. Solid brass, electro-plated with non-tarnishing silver finish. Each pair of earrings is elegantly presented in a 3″ x 4.25″ lidded box that includes a printed insert.

For 500 years, painters and poets have celebrated the cheer and redemptive symbolism on the goldfinch. But it required a modern artist like Charley Harper (American, 1922-2007) to capture the essence of a goldfinch flying by, portraying its simplest outline.
For more than 30 years, David Howell & Company has specialized in the design and manufacturing of sophisticated, museum quality gifts – made in America.
