Intermediate Glass Blowing

May 7, 2025 @ 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm EDT

This class will build upon the technical foundation established in Intro to Glass Blowing and Next Steps.  We will review and refine the basics of glass-blowing while adding new, more refined technical tools to the skillset. Emphasizing teamwork at the bench, and individual problem solving, this workshop will focus on consistency, repetition, and speed to create confident and well-rounded technical glass blowers. This class is ideal for students who have solid beginner glass blowing skills, and will most benefit students who take notes and attend practice sessions. Students should have taken at least two glassblowing classes prior to this course.

*Registration includes access to Student Open Blow on Friday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. during the class run time.
