Heart Joy Project: Mini Course
August 17 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm EDT
The “Heart Joy Project” is an incredible opportunity for personal growth and self-discovery. By focusing on your personal journey, passions, purpose, and creating meaning in your life, you are embarking on a transformative experience. The idea of using a sketchbook to perform exercises and daily activities is not only creative but also allows for a tangible representation of your progress and insights. The structure of the course, with a new task each day over two weeks, provides a framework for consistent exploration and growth.
The emphasis on being open and willing to embrace change is crucial for the success of such a course. The meetings planned, including going over logistics, practicing awareness, virtual check-ins, and the final live guided meditation with a sound bath, offer a well-rounded approach to supporting participants throughout their journey. The idea of creating a personal guide or deck of inspirational cards from the completed sketchbook is a wonderful way to continue reflecting on and internalizing the lessons learned during the workshop. Overall, this workshop seems like a powerful opportunity for individuals to connect with themselves on a deeper level and move towards a more fulfilling and purposeful life.
