What does it look like? What does it do? In this class, students will focus on refining forms like the drinking glass, pitcher, bowl, and plate, emphasizing their function and design. The Museum’s collection will be a departure point in discussing different functional designs, how they have evolved, and for specific applications. Students will improve the functionality of their own work and gain insights into the design process.
