Glass As Skin: Using Torch Work and Tooling to Explore Reworking the Surface of Blown Forms

$324.00 – $360.00Dan Cutrone will introduce students to traditional and custom tooling to modify the surface of blown forms in this weekend-intensive class. During the course, students will create blown forms, and then they will alter the surface. Students should have some glass experience (advanced-beginner to intermediate) and be able to create a basic blown form easily.
October 15 and 16, Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Class Duration: 2 sessions, 12 hours total

Prerequisite: Advanced-Beginner to Intermediate Glass Blowing Experience
Ages: 16 and above
Class Limit: 4 to 10 people

Cancellations
Refunds will be issued up to one week before the beginning of the workshop. After this time, your workshop fee is non-refundable. WheatonArts reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to enrollment not meeting the minimum and will notify participants shortly after the Registration Closing date. If cancellation occurs, WheatonArts will refund all workshop fees.
