Sushi is a Japanese dish of prepared vinegar rice, usually with some added sugar and salt and a variety of ingredients, such as seafood and vegetables.

During this cultural exchange workshop, participants will learn how to make three types of sushi: Maki Sushi, California Roll, and Inari Sushi.

Maki Sushi contains strips of vegetables rolled in sushi rice and wrapped in crisp, thin sheets of dried seaweed.
California Roll is made inside-out sushi roll, containing cucumber, avocado, etc.
Inari Sushi is sushi rice stuffed in fried bean curd.
