This handmade fused glass Cheese Tray is fully functional and can be used for serving hard or soft cheese. Metal cheese spreader is included.

About the Artist

Matthew learned to appreciate art glass at an early age. The son of a military officer, he grew up traveling the world. By the age of 12, he and his family had lived on 3 continents, including the Hawaiian islands.

Matthew's first career was in healthcare administration, but after almost 20 years, he gave up the boardroom for an art studio. After learning the art of stained glass by a leader in the industry, he started Texas Stained Glass in 2010. Matthew was looking for and found his “vocation.” Being a service-oriented individual, it was natural for him to pursue his passion in the glass industry. A family friend approached him on taking over a 30+ year old business selling fusible and dichroic glass in 2015. That’s where he was introduced to Kathy Hudson, and her beautiful functional glassware. Fast forward to today, he feels very fortunate and blessed to be able to carry on this very successful product line Kathy spent 15 years of her life developing.
