SUMMARY:Soulful Art Journaling
DESCRIPTION:Soulful Art Journaling offers a unique approach to journaling that focuses on observation\, presence\, and creativity. In this workshop\, participants are encouraged to tap into their inner emotions and thoughts to create meaningful pieces of art. Through a series of guided steps\, individuals will learn how to enhance their awareness\, become keen observers\, and pay attention to both positive and negative shapes to compose a visually appealing piece. Emotions play a significant role in the creative process\, as participants are urged to channel their feelings into their artwork\, allowing for a more authentic and powerful expression. \nExpect a rollercoaster of emotions during this workshop\, as you may find yourself laughing\, crying\, or even shouting as you delve into your innermost thoughts and feelings. The class aims to empower individuals to confidently create art journal pages that reflect their unique voices and perspectives. By participating in Soulful Art Journaling\, you will be reminded of the strength and creativity within you\, and that your voice is important and deserves to be heard. A $25 fee is charged to those who do not show up for their appointment.
