DESCRIPTION:Experience the world of ceramics in our Ceramic Wall Pocket class! Whether you’re a beginner or have some pottery experience\, this hands-on course covers the essentials of clay work\, design principles\, and surface decoration so that you can create a finished piece. Learn the ropes of handbuilding and troubleshooting from our experienced instructor\, Phyllis Seidner-Vesely. Participants will create unique ceramic wall pockets that seamlessly blend form and function. You will receive step-by-step guidance on constructing wall pockets\, paying special attention to their structural integrity. \nFriday Instruction: June 7 \nTime: 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. \nClass Duration: 2 Hours \nAges: 16 & above \nClass Limit: 5 to 10 people \nClass Fee: $75 \nInstructor: Phyllis Seidner-Vesely \nPrerequisite: None \nRegistration Closing: May 31 \n  \n\nSeats are limited and booked on a first-come\, first-reserve basis. A $25 fee is charged to those who do not show up for their appointment.
